Condition is 'used'. These were never used, and came from the inventory of a gentleman who worked as a distributer in the 1980s & 1990s.  They have a bit of 'shelf wear' from being handled.  One has a bit of water spotting under the image.  It could easily be wiped off, but I don't know how easy it is to remove the image.  That one is also a bit warped, but you can't really tell looking at it straight on.  They are tested, and functioning properly.  See photos for condition and detail.
