    Description

Offered is a gold etched individual creamer and sugar bowl set in the beautiful Rose Point pattern made by Cambridge Glass Company between 1934 and 1958. The creamer is 2 5/8" tall with an opening of about 2 1/2". The sugar bowl is2 3/4" tall  with a 2 1/2" opening.  They are in very good condition with no chips, cracks or nicks and good gold etching.
Cambridge Glass Company started making glass in 1902 in Cambridge, Ohio. They achieved their greatest success during the 1930/40s with etched patterns like Chantilly and their most popular pattern, Rose Point. The company closed in 1958 primarily because of competition from foreign imports and a desire by the post-World War II consumer for less formal glassware.
