    Description

Here's a gorgeous piece of vintage elegant glassware which was made by the Cambridge Glass Company of Cambridge, Ohio.  The etched decoration is Cambridge's famous "Rose Point"; I've gathered from elsewhere that this is shown in the old Cambridge catalogs as item 3400/152 (3400 being the line number, 152 is the item number).  For some reason people refer to this blank as the 'Doulton' pitcher (or I've even seen some call it 'Royal Doulton', for good measure).
It's about 9" tall to the top of the handle (its tallest point), and is about 9" wide from handle to spout (it's about 6" wide across the body).  I've seen it listed as a capacity of 76 ounces or 80 ounces, and I think they're all referring to the same piece.  It's in nice shape we no nicks, chips, cracks, flakes, fleabites, or other damage.  Fantastic piece of vintage Cambridge, their most popular etch and a cool blank; I've got way too much of this sort of thing around (and am constantly buying more), so this needs a new home.
