    Looks amazing for the vintage. Optics are very clear. Focuses easily.
    The best information we were able to find on the Internet is from a site that discusses the very similar 1836 model which was produced around 1935.

    The original metal front lens cap is included but it is difficult to remove if it is pressed on too tightly.
    We are including the original case but both ends are missing. But it still does hold the scope and tripod and prevents any damage.
