The sticker is from Disneyland when Mickey turned 50 - November 18, 1978.
If you were born in 1928 you got in free that day
(Main Gate Admission). I don't remember if the person wearing it also got on the rides & attractions for free too or if they had to still use tickets (coupons). Typically stickers were put-on the people at the Main Gate.
