    Original DMV renewal tag for 1964 State of North Dakota license plate, plus letter. The letter is between Weldon L. Haugen, Motor Vehicle Registrar, and
    Frances C. Richardson, Director of Research for 20th Century Fox Films. The research library collected tags and plates for references for set vehicles. Until now, the letter and tag were housed in Fox's research library
