    Description

    This sign has a few problems. The knob that adjusts the clock is there, but does not work. Also, the hour hand does not move. Finally, there is a screw missing in the back and there is some sort of white and black coloring on the back and on the top (can be seen in the pictures). I didn't try to fix anything, so I'm not sure what it would take to get everything working again. Let me know if you have any questions.
