Vintage Collectible "Black Velvet" Canadian Whisky Bar Bottle Pourer Clock 1981

Description

This is a vintage Black Velvet Canadian Whiskey bottle pourer and clock.
The pourer has some dust behind the clock.  There are some minor surface scratches to the plastic sides and base.  The brass color has faded some on the lettering and on the metal bottle cage.
The clock works great and keeps time.  The "Fast" time set button works, but the "Slow" button does not press in.
