This is a WW2 German dispatch leather bag for a motorcycle or bike.
It is waffenampt marked (can't show it)  but it looks like WaA368 under the eagle.
It is also marked as shown in photo #2
All the straps and buckles are present
I think it is in real nice condition.
It has some scuffs and discoloration from age and use
