Tear off the rubber cover and remove the paper.
Do not touch the colored dressing material or the wound with your fingers. Grasp with both hands what "Here" is on the right and left, - hold your hands, - pull them apart. Place colored bandages on the wound. Wrap a bandage and knot.)

Used by the German, Wehrmacht field medical corps of World War II.
Each Division in the German Army of WWII had divisional support units which included medical units. The medical orderlies and stretcher bearers were issued with two medical pouches equipped with basic medical supplies to be worn on the load carrying waist belt.
There were several types of medical pouches for the field medical personal, in which were carried different medical equipment, as detailed on the interior contents labels.
